As part of the Created In Motion Design course, we were set a live brief by PUMA to raise awareness on social media via motion content, of the release of the women’s Cali Sport, A/W19, a new silhouette of their classic Cali, a street-style staple.
Responding to PUMA’s mood boards, we were to answer in a way that highlighted the shoe in a fun but edgy, atmospheric, night-time, street-style world, containing saturated colour, moody lighting and iridescence.
I chose to highlight certain design features of the shoe by making them parts of a graphic, slightly gamified, urban environments. Shown here are:
Environment 01: An iridescent, neon lit street scene; the shop shutters and facia, mimicking the striped pattern at the front of the shoe, and the tile pattern of the shoe’s sole.
Environment 02: A set of Metro escalators; the rubber heal logo of the shoe become the escalator stairs.
Environment 03: A concrete city skate spot; the toe panel of the shoe is rendered as concrete obstacles.
Within these separate environments, there are indicative city elements that link us back to the Cali Sport, showing the product as whole. For example, advertising fly-posters on walls, advertising hoardings and screens. These are employed as devices to cut between the product shot (2D stills), shoe elements (3D) and into the different 3D worlds.
Early 2021 Andrius Vizbaras and I collaborated to create the content for the projection map, onto the iconic DMC DeLorean car, which is on show at The Ulster Transport Museum. Our brief was to communicate the story of the car and it's significance to the local area. We worked with projection mapping experts Immersive-Me to bring the car and the project to life.

3D Motion assets created at Stinkstudios for the rebrand of Hyperscience, 2022.
The new Hyperscience visual identity reflects the need for a mutual symbiosis between humans and machines. We delivered a bold, instantly recognisable and flexible system that speaks to the binary machine world, and the organic human world, in equal measure.
Motion design and 3D elements enrich the narrative and bring to life the symbiosis of shape families, squares/pixels and circles/ink, to further enhance the look and feel across multi-media formats.
Responding to a live brief set by Mainframe & Code Zero: A first of its kind, unisex grooming product range with re-usable packaging, to produce a short animation for use on their social media channels.
The piece had to communicate:
- A change in the way we consume beauty products is coming.
- Educate on the plight of marine life due to single use plastics.
- Ensure the products look premium.
End product renders by Mainframe.
I was asked by a prospective client how long it would take to create a ‘photo-real’ 3D Letterman jacket K for their brand. Although this hasn’t so far been commissioned, I undertook the task to push my knowledge of modelling, texturing and lighting within C4D & Redshift.
A short animation I made at the end of 2019 for Wembley Park (@wembley_park) promoting their ‘Winterfest’ winter light installation event, via their social media platforms. The short motion piece is inspired by one of the main installations featured, first shown at Burning Man festival, called Sonic Runway.
Sound by Dylan Hardy & Abraham Alberto.
A personal typogrphic project, exploring and developing lighting and subsurface scattering in C4D + Redshift.
Selected Insta animations, from a 10 day motion design (unoficial) campaign, dedicated to pop artist LIZZO. A group brief undertaken whilst on the Created In Motion design course, 2019.

Motion assets for Sportsbanger created at Stink Studios. The assets have been used as stickers on Instagram, Sportsbanger's social media content, and rave visuals (Including their 2022 Glastonbury party)
At the end of 2022, as part of Stink Studios, we created a series of motion designs for Peloton’s - "The Cooldown”
The Cooldown takes 12 months of raw workout data and transforms it into a personalised film for each member that celebrates their individual achievements throughout the year.
Using Stink’s unique automation platform, RITA, we produced millions of unique, multi-language assets for the Peloton community on the day the campaign launched.
We followed a clean, simple approached to it’s design, focussing on smooth transitions, changing gradient colours (warm to cool), and kinetic type, to drive the personalised films.

Working in partnership with Andrius Vizbaras, we were commissioned by Riff Raff Films / Mobile to execute two animations for Voltarol gel for their social channels.
Between the two animations we were to showcase the new easy-open flip-top cap, and it's 12hour long lasting effect. This is the first of the two works.
